We make things meant to be lived with, and we stand behind every one of them. If something isn't right, tell us. A real person (usually Dan) reads every message and will make it right.

If we made a mistake

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send anything back. Keep it, or pass it on to someone who can use it.

If your package is lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no cost.

If the size isn't right

Sizing a shirt for someone else is hard. Each order gets one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery. Email us first, and we will send you a prepaid return label and start your new size right away. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

If you change your mind

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and return shipping is paid by you. We never charge a restocking fee.

How to return an item:

1. Email CrossandShieldCreations@gmail.com with your order number and the item you're returning, so we can watch for it.

2. Pack the item securely and include a note with your name and order number.

Please use USPS. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. We recommend a tracking number, since we can't refund a package that doesn't reach us.

Refund timing

We process refunds within 3 business days of receiving your return. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Gifts

If you received an item as a gift, you can exchange it or receive store credit for the item price. We won't tell the giver.

Items we can't accept for return

• Personalized or custom items, unless they arrive damaged or with our error

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Gift cards

Estate and fine jewelry

Estate and fine jewelry may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, in the same condition it was sent, with all paperwork included. Contact us before sending so we can provide return instructions; these returns must be fully insured with signature confirmation. Every piece is documented and photographed before shipping, and returns are verified against that record. Rings that have been resized or altered at your request are final sale.
